How do I return my order?

You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. To cancel, email hello@st-ronastudio.com within the 14-day period. Items must be returned no later than 14 days after cancellation. 

Return Conditions

All returns, exchanges, and claims must be requested via email to hello@st-ronastudio.com including your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Returned items remain your responsibility until received by ST. RONA Studio.
* Final sale and personalized items are not eligible.

Do I have to create an account?
