Return & Refunds

Fit Guarantee — Free First Exchange

Wrong size? Your first exchange is free. We send the new pair and cover the return shipping, EU-wide. Email hello@st-ronastudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need — we'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new pair as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

One free exchange per order (size or color, same product). International exchanges: we're happy to swap — return shipping is at your cost, and we cover shipping the new pair to you.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You may return your order for a refund within 14 calendar days from delivery, no reason needed. Email hello@st-ronastudio.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. A flat return fee of €15 is deducted from your refund (EU orders). International returns: please use a tracked service at your own cost — no €15 fee applies.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return arrives at our atelier.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging — please try shoes on a soft, clean surface. Final sale and personalized items are not eligible for return. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us; the prepaid label we provide is tracked for your protection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, shipping on us. Your statutory rights, including the EU two-year legal guarantee, always apply in full.
