We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. To request a refund, please email hello@st-ronastudio.com within this 14-day period. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

All returns, exchanges, and claims must be requested via email to hello@st-ronastudio.com including your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
Returned items remain your responsibility until received by ST. RONA Studio.
* Final sale and personalized items are not eligible.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the return is received and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in approved claims.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is processed.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
